InfiGifts, the service that allows players to choose their casino loyalty gifts through an app or kiosk, will be releasing new features in time for the Indian Gaming Association’s conference and tradeshow in San Diego.

The InfiGifts platform allows gifts to be claimed from a casino kiosk or smartphone used inside the property. Gifts are delivered directly to the player’s home. The solution has already saved casino operators tens of thousands of dollars per gifting event.

At Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention this year, InfiGifts will showcase a new capability to help casino players use casino earned points to purchase gifts.

“Earning points is a hugely important way for players to generate loyalty,” explained Azam Husain, CEO of Casino Science. “As players see the value in earning points, they will redeem gifts and continue to earn more points. Players can shop for products like kitchen items or electronics. InfiGifts promotes the products through the platform, handles the point redemptions from the casino, and delivers the gift to the player.”

The solution is expected to be up-and-running with a California operator in April.

InfiGifts is also releasing a new feature called “Surprise Gift!”, a feature designed to send players loyalty gifts for holiday or birthday events.

“A Surprise Gift is a way of surprising and delighting the player with an unexpected birthday or holiday present, delivered with casino branding,” Husain said.

Gifts can include a box of cookies, candy, or popcorn with a personalized message thanking them for their loyalty and patronage.

In addition to eliminating the operational challenges of running a gifting event, InfiGifts can offer unique gifts and experiences unavailable elsewhere, allowing casinos to capture increased trips and play. Husain also stated that InfiGifts can create customized loyalty experiences “out of the box” without the pain of excessive planning.

Husain explained that the plan is to integrate the InfiGifts technology into a variety of modalities across kiosk, cashless, and app.

“At IGA, we plan to show the solution running on the Passport Lush kiosk in our booth (IGA Booth #1528),” he noted.

InfiGifts is agnostic to the casino management system, which allows the company to get up-and-running with gifting events in less than three weeks, said Husain.
