FABICash looks to make another splash at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas when it unveils the FABILoyalty Kiosk and Cage Dispenser, while continuing to showcase some of its newest entries to the marketplace: all-in-one FABIKiosk, FABIWallet, and FABITable Game TITO Solution.

The New Orleans-based cash access company, with a manufacturing facility in Las Vegas, has products and services in more than 300 casinos in the U.S.

FABICash CEO Anthony Rabito said they look forward to introducing the all new FABILoyalty Kiosk, which will change the way casinos provide loyalty and marketing promotions to their customers. FABI stands out from the rest of the industry, he noted.

“The new FABILoyalty Kiosk will allow players to enroll in the casino’s loyalty program, print a permanent card, and in a fun way allow the player to see their points, and the gifts and services they are entitled to,” Rabito said. “We do KYC validation with 34 checks on the player to make sure they are who they say they are. We’re the only ones who do that. When you enroll, it can be with a license, state ID, or passport. The FABILoyalty Kiosk is the only one that accepts passports.”

Rabito said the goal is to minimize activity at the players’ club and make it a much richer experience for the player.

FABILoyalty’s design and style is similar to the FABIKiosk, the all-in-one ticket redemption kiosk that’s like no other in the industry, Rabito said. Its royal blue color with gold accents is consistent with the entire FABI product line, making a more uniform appearance for FABI’s casino customers.

“It’s going to be a beast of a product and definitely in a class by itself,” Rabito said. “We’re taking orders today, and I’m quite certain when they see the kiosk and its ease-of-use features, it will be a home run for the company and industry.”

“We expect our Loyalty Kiosk to have the same success as our all-in-one FABIKiosk had last year. The look and feel of the FABIKiosk is like no other in the industry. Where others support a 17-inch screen, the FABIKiosk has a 49-inch curved screen. It performs ticket redemption, bill break, ATM, e-check and jackpot payout so you don’t need to spend $80,000 to $90,000 to get a dedicated jackpot kiosk. We definitely changed the gaming industry last year by introducing our ticket-redemption-bill-breaking kiosk. “It’s the only product like it in the market, and our casino customers love it.”

FABI’s Cage Dispenser is a new product designed to make the casino cashier cage more efficient, reduce variances, and make it a much better experience for the player. One cage dispenser will service two cashier workstations and interface with the cash access platform and CMS platform used by the casino, Rabito said.

“The amazing back-end office reporting is a dream for every cage director,” he enthused. “The FABI team is excited to have another best product in the market.”

The dispenser comes standard with six cassettes, 3,000 notes per cassette, whereas others come standard with four or five cassettes.

“This is the most robust, easiest to use dispenser in all of gaming,” said Rabito.

FABI is proud to manufacture its own hardware, and most importantly, they own all the software, Rabito said.

“Owning software is power and allows us to customize for our casino partners,” he explained. “The uniformity of our products allows us to use one company to service the entire array of FABI products.”

FABITable Game TITO Solution is a new product that enables players to take their ticket from a slot machine, and go directly to any table game to buy in and play. This eliminates the player having to go to the cage or a ticket redemption kiosk first to redeem their ticket for cash.

“I can take that slot ticket and go straight to a blackjack, craps, roulette, or poker table and buy in and get chips,” Rabito said. “When they are ready to cash out, instead of getting chips, we’re giving them a slot ticket. This solution reduces the amount of time security has to come to the table to shut down the game to restock the chips. We’re dealing 11 more hands an hour. Profits to the casino are outrageous.”

Rabito said there’s nothing like the table game solution in the marketplace. The first installations will be in Las Vegas this fall, followed by tribal casinos.

For those who don’t want to cash out with a slot ticket, it can go directly to the FABIWallet – a cashless solution with one single wallet that will interface with all gaming, sports, and resort platforms. The company’s cashless solution will change the gaming industry forever, Rabito said.
