Everi’s “digital neighborhood” of financial technology solutions continues full speed ahead this year with, according to Darren Simmons, Executive Vice-President and FinTech business leader, “a focus on emphasizing the convergence and connectivity across all product lines”.

“Bringing value across the footprint of products and services that we provide to our customers is key,” explained Simmons, who is the driving force behind the expansion of Everi’s FinTech portfolio.

“You accomplish this by creating more connectivity for the operator to help them manage their business efficiently and effectively across all touch points with which the players will interact. With the many advances that consumers see in their daily lives, lines are blurring from online, brick and mortar, and in transit just as they are blending across experiences. Everi knows that being positioned to deliver on these consumers and patron expectations will be a critical success factor for our customer base and our products reflect that.”

Everi’s suite of FinTech solutions remains focused on the customer journey with an emphasis on the BeOn mobile services platform as well as a comprehensive suite of additional mobile, financial access, loyalty, RegTech, and advanced marketing solutions that enable mobile-first, self-service capabilities across the casino floor and beyond.

Another major focus for Everi is AML compliance and security. Everi’s fourth-generation anti-money laundering solution, Entegrity, continues to build upon the company’s award winning Everi Compliance solution with a suite of productivity tools that allow gaming operators to manage front of the house and back of the house AML operations.

With deployment in over 600 gaming properties across North America, Everi Compliance is the most widely used and sophisticated AML software available for the gaming industry. Entegrity expands upon Everi’s decades of compliance experience with a new and modern security stack to deliver the most advanced toolkit for AML professionals.

“We are going to show one of our newest modules, which is an analytics manager, and our incident manager, which helps operators identify suspicious activity and perform a triage on the findings,” Simmons said. “We are very excited about Entegrity as we continue to invest in the RegTech component of our business.

“Regulatory compliance continues to evolve, and it is our goal to continue to meet the needs of our customers in regard to this. Entegrity really showcases a lot of new technology and design focused on UI and the overall AML experience for the operator.”

Everi’s BeOn mobile services platform has also been in the spotlight. It is designed to optimize player engagement by utilizing all of Everi’s digital offerings. The platform extends the casino and resort to the patron’s mobile device. It is coupled with award-winning CashAccess, Real Money Gaming and Marketing technology solutions profiding the only full mobile experience that puts the power of self-service into the guest’s hands.

“We have many additional mobile services in the BeOn queue, including financial access, loyalty, RegTech, and some really fantastic new marketing solutions that I think are going to continue to resonate with our customers,” Simmons said.

“Providing the ability to efficiently offer a digital experience across all platforms, whether it be loyalty or digital wallets, includes new features with Everi’s mobile services: Mobile enrollment for both loyalty and payments, providing the ability to efficiently have a digital experience across all platforms.

“Mobile enrollment is key, and it is something we have enhanced and continue to grow. Loyalty enrollment and all loyalty functions are pivotal in the expansion of our digital neighborhood and are now actually via what we are calling the ‘beyond the web portal’.”

It all circles back to convergence, connectivity, and ultimately value, according to Simmons. The ability to have the entire enrollment and loyalty function embedded into a customer’s website.

“Value is really the key,” he explained. “Imagining mobile and the web portal to create value. Mobile applications create value in traffic which ultimately attracts new users and helps in acquiring new customers. A focus on how we bring value into that ecosystem with things we are doing around the web portal. These are huge considerations.

“From a payment standpoint we are always pushing the envelope to figure out how we can help patrons enjoy and fund their entertainment experience, whatever that experience may be, from the gaming side or the non-gaming side. There are some really exciting things coming in the form of new product extensions and from a financial access standpoint.”

Not only the digital expansions, Simmons reminded, but also Everi’s line of loyalty kiosks. He said that loyalty kiosks are about providing choice and convenience for customers, adding “kiosks represent a very important footprint for the operator and their players. It is all about self-service, about providing choice and convenience for our customers and their players”.

Loyalty kiosks continue to be a target of innovation for Everi, including the company’s QuikDraw product that was showcased at G2E with a live demonstration. QuikDraw is a standalone product that can be coupled with promotions on the loyalty kiosk, web portal or BeOn platform to drive player behavior.

“QuikDraw is a marketing tool used by operators to target segments of players they want to entice to earn entries by playing more or visit the property on specific days. QuikDraw has been developed with the operator in mind and allows them to in person or remotely run a drawing,” Simmons said. “It is really a great tool for operators to engage with their players by providing the ability to for the operator to combine campaigns, drawings, and promotions. It is about adding a value experience to the operators and giving them the tools to engage with the player throughout their journey.”

Everi’s loyalty products are made even more robust with enhancement via the company’s Trilogy loyalty platform. Trilogy is a critical bridge connecting operator-centric FinTech solutions and player-centric gaming solutions. Everi’s mobile enrollment flow is also available within the Venuetize platform.

Of course, the all-in-one Vi is at the heart of Everi’s digital neighborhood, providing access to extend the gaming experience beyond the casino floor but within the allowable gaming footprint.

Vi seamlessly integrates into the existing casino systems, offering additional patron engagement opportunities via loyalty programs and self-service kiosks for funding, ratings, rewards, and promotions. The Vi solution is also integrated with Everi’s compliance AML systems, creating a single trusted source for reporting.

“Everi is bringing this digital transformation of efficiency, engagement, and marketing technologies together for everyone to see and experience,” Simmons concluded. “The value chain of what we provide across the spectrum are the pillars of our business in terms of financial access. FinTech, RegTech, loyalty, and our mobile platforms are keys to long-term business success.”
