Florida non-tribal slot revenue hits $59.9 million in February, up 2.4% year-over-year

Florida’s commercial casinos generated $59.9 million in slot revenue last month, up 2.4% year-over-year.

The figures, published by the Florida Gaming Control Commission, showed that Harrah’s Pompano Beach had the highest revenue and the biggest year-over-year revenue increase last month, reporting a rise of 8.8% to $12.1 million. This was followed by Magic City Casino, which increased 8.4% to $12 million.

Other year-over-year increases came from Casino at Dania Beach, up 5.3% to $4.8 million, and Casino Calder, which was up 2.9% to $7.6 million.

The largest year-over-year revenue decline was at Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, which fell 6.5% to $5.4 million.

Other year-over-year revenue declines came from Hialeah Park Casino, down 3.7% to $7.7 million; Casino Miami, down 3.4% to $6.9 million; and Big Easy Casino, down 2.2% to $3.3 million.
