Din Tai Fung, the dumpling and noodle hotspot from Taipei, has debuted its first Las Vegas venue at Aria Resort & Casino.
A show kitchen is the restaurant’s signature design feature and spotlights Din Tai Fung’s culinary team that cranks out 10,000 Xiao Long Bao dumplings daily.
Din Tai Fung dates back to Taiwan in 1972 when the owner of a cooking oil shop began to focus on soup dumplings. Din Tai Fung caught the attention of Japanese tourists, launching a worldwide dumpling empire that now stretches across 13 countries.
“For nearly five decades, we’ve honed our culinary techniques to ensure every Din Tai Fung guest experiences the same Xiao Long Bao my grandfather introduced in 1972, regardless of where they are in the world,” said Aaron Yang, Vice President of Din Tai Fung Restaurant Group.
In addition to dumplings, Din Tai Fung offers an extensive Taiwanese menu with a selection of appetizers, salads, vegetable dishes, fresh-made noodles, soups, baby back ribs, desserts, and cocktails.
Din Tai Fung is located on Aria’s casino floor, adjacent to Lift Bar, and is open nightly 4- 11 p.m.
