Delaware Park Casino has raised more than $130,000 for 12 local charities in 2024 with various charity events, including its inaugural Halloween-themed Blood Drive, Bark at Del Park and Christmas Toy Drive Deck the Halls for a Cause.

“We continue to marvel at the generosity of both our team and our valued guests,” Delaware Park Casino President and General Manager Terry Glebocki said in a news release. “Like so many of our guests, the majority of our team members live in Delaware. As a landmark in this community, Delaware Park Casino is proud to support these vital organizations who support Delaware residents every day.”

In addition to raising donations, the casino educates its guests about each charity to which it donates, including Children & Families Firsts, Boys & Girls Club of Delaware, Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, the Blood Bank of Delmarva, Toys for Tots, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Food Bank of Delaware.
