Konami Gaming on Wednesday announced that Spotlight 29 Casino in Coachella, California, and Tortoise Rock Casino in Twentynine Palms, California, will launch its SYNKROS casino management system across a combined 33 table games and more than 1,400 gaming machines.
Both casinos are owned by the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians.
Members of the 29 Rewards Loyalty Club will enjoy points, offers, and promotions when visiting Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino and the tribe’s latest venture, Shelee’s Travel Center.
“The move to SYNKROS is the first step towards creating a more customer friendly experience and personalized service for each of our 29 Rewards Loyalty Club members,” Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians Chairman Darrell Mike said in a statement. “They can seamlessly play, earn points, and choose how to use those points across our tribe’s two casinos and Shelee’s Travel Center.”
SYNKROS’ system architecture and tools are aligned to power future innovation across the tribe’s gaming venture portfolio, in areas including multi-site functionality and marketing. Guests at Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino will experience benefits from the system launch this summer.
“The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is giving guests the best opportunity to experience and maximize loyalty rewards across its gaming portfolio through the go-live of Konami’s SYNKROS technology,” said Konami Gaming Vice President of System Sales Randy Caron. “Whether visiting the blackjack table at Spotlight 29 Casino, or spinning the newest slots at Tortoise Rock Casino, patrons can earn points in real-time, to use across a wide mix of amenities exclusive to the tribe’s offering.”
