At least 10 operators should be live on Dec. 1, the first day of legal Missouri sports betting.
The Missouri Gaming Commission sent an application update on Friday, which was the deadline to apply by in order to be live on day one. In total, 734 applications for sports betting operators and suppliers had been received as of Friday afternoon.
The list of 10 Missouri sportsbooks could grow, the commission noted. Applications postmarked for Sept. 12 will be accepted, so the commission expects the list to grow.
