If you’ve driven down to Gun Lake Casino lately, you might have noticed a whole lot of construction equipment in the area.
That’s because the casino is currently in the middle of its “Phase 5″ construction right now, building a 192-foot-tall building with a wide array of amenities for guests.
The casino broke ground on the project last May, announcing the $300 million project would make the casino located between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo more of “destination.”
The main building is a 15-floor hotel, complete with a lobby and bar, a restaurant, spa, fitness center and meeting room. The hotel will have 252 rooms, 30 of which are suites.
