Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol donated more than $40,000 to local nonprofits on Tuesday.
The following nonprofits received a donation: Kari’s Heart – $3,792.87; Bristol, Tennessee Firefighters Association – $10,000; Alzheimer’s Association Tennessee Chapter – $27,494.42.
“We’re so grateful for this significant donation,” Scott Wise, President of Local 3227 Bristol, Tennessee Firefighters Association, said in a news release. “This charitable contribution will help bring smiles and laughter to children and families this holiday season. With this donation, we can help make the holidays brighter for local children in need.”
Donation amounts were made possible through ticket boxes on the casino floor and more, according to a news release from the casino.
