Questions are being raised about a horse racing gambling app that New Hampshire officials say is operating without state licensing or regulation.
Officials said the state could be losing out on hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.
The TwinSpires app is being used by gamblers in New Hampshire to wager on horse races across the country. As legal sports gambling proliferates, that might seem like a big deal, but the executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery said there’s a problem.
“They’re not regulated by us, nor do they operate on any confines of state law,” said lottery executive director Charlie McIntyre.
