A large theft occurred at the Bankers Casino in Salinas early Sunday morning, according to Salinas police.
At around 7 a.m. on Sunday, an unidentified man entered the casino through the main doors and went directly to the cash location. He loaded the money into his backpack before casually walking out of the establishment with over $95,000.
The employee in charge of accounting for the casino’s cash for the day noticed a significant discrepancy, which alerted them to the theft…
Cameras inside the casino were able to capture footage of the suspect. However, authorities have yet to identify the individual and the investigation is still ongoing.
