After 23 years of operations, Swiss Casinos Schaffhausen has shut its doors for the last time on October 12, 2025, to make way for the license being developed at a new location in Winterthur, which is set to open in December.
Swiss Casinos CEO Marcel Tober said: “After 23 years, Swiss Casinos in Schaffhausen has closed its doors. It was an emotional farewell to our location in Schaffhausen. A big thank you to our crew and our casino director Melanie Herzog. They gave everything until the end and gave our guests a dignified farewell. In about eight weeks, we will open our new Swiss Casino in Winterthur.”
