Hollywood Casino York was levied a $10,000 fine by the state Gaming Control Board for allowing an involuntarily excluded person to access the gaming floor and gamble.

In a board statement released Wednesday, Oct. 21, the fine was levied against Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, LLC, the operator of the York County casino.

Placement on an involuntary exclusion list prohibits individuals from either gaming in a casino in Pennsylvania, via an online betting site regulated by the board, or a Video Gaming Terminal location.

The fine levied against Hollywood Casino York was among $72,000 in fines approved by the board against casinos all over Pennsylvania.
