Coweta city leaders are willing to place a bet a $100 million casino will bring a culinary explosion to their community.
“Coweta is one of the top 10 fastest-growing cities in Oklahoma,” said Mandy Vavrinak, a city spokeswoman.
Visitors to the new 35,000-square-foot Muscogee Nation casino will also discover how special Coweta is, she said. Construction of the Muscogee Nation casino is expected to bring 250 jobs and open in the spring of 2026.
