A man is now facing a felony charge after allegedly cheating during a roulette game at Hard Rock Casino, according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich announced 34-year-old Sanchez Higgins, 34, has been charged with a casino gaming offense.

According to investigators from the Casino Control Commission, Higgins is accused of placing a bet on roulette and, after winning, allegedly adding a high-value chip to his original wager to increase his payout.

This form of cheating, known as “capping,” resulted in Higgins being paid an additional $875.

A warrant was issued for Higgins’ arrest.
