Cincinnati’s Hard Rock Casino held an official ribbon-cutting Wednesday afternoon, installing its iconic “Hard Rock” guitar outside of the downtown hotel and unveiling some of its music memorabilia.
Just outside of the casino’s main entryway, a massive red and gold guitar stands tall.
The downtown Cincinnati casino has undergone a largescale rebranding, replacing Jack Casino that was there before it. Hard Rock insignias have adorned the hotel for months now.
The transition began amid the coronavirus pandemic. As company officials held a ground-breaking ceremony Wednesday afternoon, they said the casino is not just about gambling — it’s about entertainment.
