Northern Nevada HOPES says it is launching an outpatient program for problem gambling.
The new program will address a wide spectrum of gambling issues, such as sports betting, horse racing, lotteries, cryptocurrency and more.
The program will be six weeks on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Those in the program will need to commit a minimum of nine hours a week and have full attendance to be eligible.

“We are proud to offer this much-needed resource to our community,” said Danica Pierce, Behavioral Health Coordinator. “Problem gambling is often hidden, but its impacts are profound. This program provides a safe, structured space for healing and recovery.”
