Hard Rock Hotel and Casino [Sacramento at Fire Mountain] is embarking on a billion-dollar development plan to transform its surroundings into a major entertainment hub. The Enterprise Rancheria Tribe, which owns the property, is acquiring the land currently.
President Mark Birtha has been leading the development since the casino and hotel opened in 2019. “We’re really excited about what the future looks like for this space,” he said.
Birtha emphasized the project’s potential as “an incredible new destination for people to enjoy for years to come.”
The development spans over 350 acres between the casino and Toyota Amphitheater on Forty Mile Road, near Highway 65.
