The Billy the Kid Casino at Ruidoso Downs Race Track closed its casino floor in 2020 when the State of New Mexico issued emergency public health orders closing non-essential businesses in an effort to stem the spread of SARS-CoV-2.
After a year of closure, officials announced the casino would reopen to the public on March 22 under new hours. The casino will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
“We are excited to open the casino and welcome our players back,” said Jeff True, president and general manage of Ruidoso Downs Race Track and Casino.
