The concept of a private room or space for high rollers or VIPs to do their gambling is not a new one at casinos around the world.
So why not do the same thing with online gambling?
Playtech, a gambling technology company, is seeking approval from New Jersey gambling regulators to do just that.
The New York-based company has filed a petition with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement seeking approval to offer private-booking blackjack tables as part of its online gambling platforms.
“Certainly, the concept of a private table for blackjack players is well-recognized in New Jersey at land-based casinos,” Playtech wrote in its petition.
