After Joseph Francisco-Ribeiro Jr. was allegedly caught stealing a $5 chip off an active roulette table at Parx casino last month, the victim declined to press charges.

But his luck appeared to run out when Pennsylvania State Police were not as forgiving.

After reviewing surveillance footage, authorities allege Francisco-Ribeiro, 37, of Willingboro, New Jersey, swiped more than 80 chips off four roulette tables over four hours, according to a probable cause affidavit.

And two of the players whose chips he stole would have been winners, according to a probable cause affidavit.
