The developers behind the new Hampton Beach Casino complex are looking to make charitable gaming a key feature of the overall project, which includes a new music venue, hotel and condos.
Lupoli Development will go before the town Zoning Board on May 15, seeking a special exception to have an expanded charitable gaming room as part of the new development.
“The changes to the charitable gaming use at the property will be commensurate and complimentary with the size and design of the overall project,” attorney John H. Sokul wrote in the application on behalf of Hampton Beach Casino Inc. owners Sal Lupoli and Fred Schaake.
