DraftKings’ exclusive agreement to offer sports betting in New Hampshire has been extended, the business announced yesterday (11 February).

The news means the Jason Robins-led company will remain the only legal online sports betting operator for customers in the Granite State for the foreseeable future.
In a statement posted on X, a company spokesperson said: “DraftKings is proud to have secured a contract extension with the New Hampshire Lottery, continuing our successful relationship that has delivered regulated sports betting for Granite Staters since December 2019.”

DraftKings has been the only licensed betting provider in the state since the market launched in 2019, after the company’s exclusive OSB deal with a 50% revenue tax was approved by the New Hampshire Executive Council.
