A hearing over whether to revoke the casino license of former state Sen. Andy Sanborn after fraud allegations by the Attorney General’s Office has been delayed by 10 days, according to the New Hampshire Lottery Commission.

The hearing, set for Tuesday, Oct. 3, will instead be held Friday, Oct. 13, a spokesman for the commission said Friday, after the commission granted a 10-day continuance. The exact location and time will be announced later, the spokesman said.

Sanborn has been accused by the Lottery Commission and Attorney General’s Office of fraudulently receiving $844,000 in federal pandemic assistance despite not being eligible as a casino owner.
