Roll the dice on Villa Harrah, a Lake Tahoe-area megamansion built by the casino founder William F. Harrah.

Built in 1963, the more than 20,000-square-foot home in Zephyr Cove, Nevada, was a getaway for Harrah, founder of Harrah’s Lake Tahoe Hotel and Casino, and his famous friends—including the likes of Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and 1960s country star, Bobbie Lee Gentry, to whom he was briefly married. Now, a half-share of the property is available for $19.5 million.

That’s right, the potential buyer would split access to the property with the current owners, according to the listing with David Bellings and Jamison Blair of Compass. Each owner would have exclusive access to the mansion during designated times.
