DraftKings and Underdog are the first two operators to turn in their Missouri sports betting applications.
A Missouri Gaming Commission spokesperson confirmed the pair of operators are the only two to turn in their applications as of Monday.
Missouri sports betting will begin Dec. 1.
The MGC opened its application period May 15.
Operators seeking two untethered licenses from the MGC have a deadline of July 15. The regulator will award those licenses Aug. 15.
Other applications are due Sept. 12 if they wish to launch Dec. 1.
Both DraftKings and Underdog have not revealed if they have a market access partnership.
There are licenses tied to the state’s casino operators and professional sports teams. There are also two untethered licenses that the MGC will award.
