Gun Lake Casino has announced Brant Coulter, the former executive chef at Firekeepers Casino Hotel near Battle Creek, will serve as its director of food and beverage operations.
He started his job last week.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brant Coulter to the Gun Lake Casino family,” Lam Vongsakoun, vice president of hospitality at the casino, said in a news release. “His impressive track record, leadership skills, and dedication to excellence align perfectly with our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.”
In his new role, Coulter will oversee all food and beverage operations at Gun Lake. The casino includes Shkodé Chophouse, CBK (Craft·Bar·Kitchen) inspired by Michigan’s craft beer culture, 131 Sportsbar & Lounge and Harvest Buffet.
