CasaBlanca Resort & Casino in Mesquite is set to unveil two new dining concepts, Jersey Joe’s Diner and Ritas & Fajitas, on Monday, August 25.
These openings are part of a significant milestone in the resort’s multi-million-dollar renovation, which aims to transform the space formerly occupied by Casa Café into a modern culinary destination.
The project is part of a broader transformation across Mesquite Entertainment’s properties, including Virgin River Casino & Lodge, to reimagine both resorts as dynamic destinations for locals and visitors alike.
Jersey Joe’s Diner offers a nostalgic East Coast diner experience with a 24-hour menu serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day.
