What began in 2019 as a technological partnership has now evolved into a forward-looking corporate investment: Merkur Group has acquired a significant stake in Spintec, a Slovenia-based developer and manufacturer of premium Electronic Table Games (ETGs), marking a new chapter in the companies’ collaboration.
