MGM Springfield reported $21.5 million in gross gambling revenue from slots and table games in the month of November, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission reported.
The state’s three resort casinos — MGM Springfield, Encore Boston Harbor and Plainridge Park race course — generated $94 million in gross gambling revenue in November from slots and table games.
In addition, MGM’s in-person sports book reported a handle — which means the total amount wagered by bettors — of $2.9 million. That’s by far the largest monthly take at the sports book in the nearly 11-month history of the operation, beating totals of about $1.9 million in May — with both the NBA and NHL playoffs — and in October.
