While many people associate National Harbor in Prince George’s County, Md., with hotels, casinos, shops and restaurants, the destination is also home to approximately 2,500 residents.
The community includes more than 1,300 townhouses, condos and apartments. In the summer of 2021, an additional 144 condos will be ready for purchase from Pulte Homes in the Flats at National Harbor.
The condos, to be priced from the mid-$400,000s, will be built within a gated community and include garage parking. The one- and two-bedroom condos will include modern open floor plans and balconies. Some of the units will include an office or den.
