Five Maryland casinos are moving closer to a retail sports betting launch.
The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission (MLGCC) said Thursday that it’s planning “controlled demonstrations,” which essentially represent a soft launch, for the five casinos awarded licenses by the SWARC on Nov. 18:
- Hollywood Casino (Penn National Gaming/Barstool Sportsbook)
- Horseshoe Casino (Caesars)
- Live! Casino (FanDuel)
- MGM National Harbor (BetMGM)
- Ocean Downs Casino (TwinSpires)
