Two men were arrested after a robbery at MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino in Oxon Hill early Wednesday morning, according to authorities.
Officials with the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said they received a call at approximately 12:15 a.m.
During the incident, officials said a group of individuals entered the casino and took an undisclosed amount of chips from a gaming table. Police said a total of seven suspects were involved and two of those suspects were arrested.
There were minor injuries to security staff.
PGPD is currently investigating a total of three separate thefts of gaming chips that occurred in 2023. Those investigations remain ongoing.
