A sports restaurant with a Louisiana-themed menu including dishes like crawfish étouffée and gumbo is opening Monday at Harrah’s on the Las Vegas Strip.
Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, which boasts a family friendly atmosphere, will also be the franchise’s first location with a full breakfast menu, including items such as Beignets and chicken and waffles.
“Our team of culinary experts has worked diligently to ensure that guests of this new location are welcomed with an authentic Louisiana experience,” Brandon Landry, founder and CEO of Walk-On’s, said in a statement.
The restaurant will feature more than 80 televisions for watching sporting events, with the opening just in time for the final games of the NCAA Tournament.
