A Las Vegas gambler has locked in a profit of either $4.9 million or $3.4 million in Super Bowl 60 regardless of which team wins.
The bettor placed a total of $1.8 million in wagers to win $3.5 million at Circa Sports and BetMGM sportsbooks on the New England Patriots money line to hedge Seattle Seahawks futures bets at the books that will pay $6.75 million if they win Sunday’s game.
The gambler placed at least seven $50,000 futures bets on the Seahawks in the preseason to win a total of almost $10.5 million.
