After shuttering its food hall after one year of operation last summer, UnCommons is readying to reopen the former Sundry space — this time with a new food hall concept. Stix Asia, the popular Hawaiian food hall in Waikiki, will move into the food hall space in 2026.
Stix Asia at UnCommons will take over the 18,000-square-foot dining space with 12 new vendors serving Asian street food. Stix Asia joins other restaurants that are on deck for UnCommons, including Blue Bottle Coffee and Rare Society. The food hall opening follows the opening of Hawaiian restaurant Zippy’s, further bolstering Las Vegas’s status as the Ninth Island.
