Land for a long-shuttered Las Vegas hotel and casino is getting new attention after a $45 million land deal struck with help from AI.

Blake Owens, founder and CEO of Agrippa, announced the AI-powered land sale of the Eastside Cannery to 8 News Now following months of discussions. The deal, completed in April, was assisted with the help of a new AI tool called “Marcus.”

“Marcus is currently under development,” Owens said. “This deal was really the foundation to understand how can complicated or seemingly complicated, game theoretic concepts can be applied to commercial real estate negotiation.”
