The next major player in the sports betting industry just launched across the United States.

In a free-to-play capacity, Betr will be the first direct-to-consumer micro-betting-focused platform. Micro-betting refers simply to wagers you can make on something to happen in a sporting event that does not directly involve the final outcomes of the game.

This is going to be an app that focuses solely on the nitty-gritty aspects of games. In baseball, bettors will be able to bet on every pitch in an at-bat or every possession in an NFL or NBA game.

Typical spread, moneyline, and total bets won’t be available here.
