Sisal SPA has published its 12th Sustainability Report outlining its short, medium and long-term commitments to achieving its 2030 CSR objectives.

The operator of Italy’s SuperEnalotto lottery aims to be global gaming’s first ‘zero problematic players, zero gender pay gap and zero CO2 emissions’ company by 2030.

Spearheading its 2030 vision, Sisal has established four working pillars focused on its workforce equality, consumer protections, community responsibilities and environmental duties.

Workforce directives saw Sisal provide more than 20,000 hours of training to its employees, with more than 1,200 staff actively involved in the development of its responsible gambling tools and programmes. Sisal noted significant progress on its responsible gambling target of zero problematic players.
