Dubuque Racing Association (DRA) and Q Casino + Resort CEO Alex Dixon will be resigning his role in January.
Dixon, who has been the head of the DRA and Q Casino since August 2021, will be leaving the organization effective January 15, 2025 to pursue an opportunity out-of-state.
DRA Board Chair Mike Donahue said in a statement, “It is bittersweet news to announce Alex’s departure, but we wish him and his family the best moving forward. We are very appreciative of all the work he has done over the past three years, as we have accomplished a lot under his experienced leadership.”
