International Game Technology says it plans to remain in the Biggest Little City after its sprawling Reno campus was listed for sublease on the market.

The 1.25 million-square-foot property at 9295 Prototype Drive was listed online by commercial real estate firm Colliers International as a potential warehouse or office space. Options include subleasing large blocks of the property or even the entire campus itself, according to the listing.

The listing of the IGT campus raises questions about the company’s future in Reno. The company, which manufactures slot machines and also counts various digital technologies and products in its gaming portfolio, has been a fixture in the Reno-Sparks community for decades.
