A grand jury indicted five defendants on federal gambling charges in connection with an FBI operation where hundreds of federal, state and local agents raided a horse racing facility in Wilder.
Prosecutors accuse Samuel Bejarano Colin, Ivan Tellez, Dayana Fajardo, Cesar Iniguez Orozco, and Alejandro Torres Estrada of running a parimutuel betting ring at La Catedral Arena from June to October, court documents filed Tuesday show. Officials allege the operation violated both federal and Idaho gambling laws.
