Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel has added a Mexican-themed eatery, called El Coyote Cantina, to its array of dining options.
Menu items include Build Your Own tacos, burritos or bowls, with prices ranging from $9 to $12, with extras including queso sauce, guacamole, ceviche, fruta fresca and tortilla chips and salsa for an additional cost. “Coyote Combos” range in price from $13 to $20.
On par with many Mexican-themed eateries, El Coyote Cantina also offers margaritas and cervezas along with Mexican Coke, Mexican Sprite and Mexican Fanta Orange.
“El Coyote Cantina provides a unique, delicious and convenient dining experience that our guests requested,” said executive chef Alex Santos in a press release.
