Last weekend, the grand finale of the Merkur slot machine tournament 2025 took place at the Merkur Casino Hohensyburg.
After a total of 28 preliminary round tournaments at all Merkur Casino locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, which were held in recent months and in which over 2,400 participants played, Europe’s largest slot tournament has now reached its climax: The finalists played for a prize pool of over 250,000 euros.
“The event is a prime example of how we are continuously developing our gaming and entertainment offerings. In addition to the well-known game offerings in the classic game and in the slot machine areas, we have increasingly focused on the event character of our locations in recent years,” said David Schnabel, CEO of Merkur Casinos.
