Safer gambling charity GamCare has announced that its chief executive Anna Hemmings has exited the charity after five years with the organisation.
Hemmings led the charity through both the pandemic and the Gambling Act review and recently succeeded in obtaining new funding agreements.
The safer gambling charity highlighted a number of accomplishments that Hemmings achieved during her time. These included the establishing of stronger traditional and new digital channels, a diversified education and support offering and an enhanced role of lived experience within the organisation.
According to the charity, Hemmings also succeeded at extending the charity’s reach so that it could achieve a greater impact.
