Six months after beginning construction, the Little Trail Casino in Ochopee, FL, is set to open on Wednesday, February 14, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00am. The 8,500 sq. ft. venue is steps from the Miccosukee Service Plaza and features 150 slot machines as well as a bar offering a selection of beer and wine.
The Miccosukee Service Plaza is the only rest stop on the 80-mile stretch of I-75 that connects Naples to Miami, running through a section of the Miccosukee reservation on Alligator Alley. The property includes a fuel station, 12 Tesla charging stations, a convenience store, restrooms, Dunkin’ Donuts, Glades Café, and now, the Little Trail Casino.
