BSD Capital plans to break ground on Wyndham Dolce Kosher House Hotel on Feb. 5, just across the street from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
Sharon Sharaby, owner of the Boca Raton-based real estate firm, said the hotel will feature 100 guest rooms, a rooftop pool and special amenities geared toward Jewish travelers looking for a more kosher hotel stay. Construction is expected to last about 20 months, so BSD Capital is aiming for a late 2022 debut.
“We will be the first [kosher hotel] in Broward County,” Sharaby said, “and the first hotel directly across the street form the Hollywood Hard Rock casino.”
The hotel will be built at 5530 S. State Road 7 in Hollywood, placing it near both main entrances for the hotel and casino.
