The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board announced that five individuals have been banned from all casinos in the state as penalty for leaving children unattended while they gambled.
The Board’s Office of Enforcement Counsel petitioned for the exclusion of one female and four male patrons after they allegedly left children ranging in age from four to 12 alone in dangerous conditions while they went inside casinos to engage in gaming activities.
According to the Board, these visitors were placed on the Involuntary Exclusion list for:
Leaving a 10-year-old unattended in a vehicle with an outside temperature of 86 degrees in the parking garage at Live! Casino Philadelphia for 4 hours while he gambled at table games.
