A deadly fall inside th has raised new questions about safety at the popular entertainment venue, as the family of 37-year-old Evan Potifara calls for changes to prevent another tragedy.
Potifara died after falling through a glass panel inside the casino’s atrium on Dec. 20, 2025. His family’s attorney says a thorough investigation, and possible construction modifications, are urgently needed.
Potifara fell from the upper level, the casino floor, to the bottom of the atrium last month after crashing through what his family’s attorney describes as a solid glass panel. The James Bible Law Group, which represents Potifara’s family, says the incident highlights serious safety concerns in an environment designed to handle large crowds.
